As a young actor with a boatload of ambition, a wealth of expert training (including a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts), and with some of the best talent agents in the industry repping me, I found myself floundering and blowing major opportunities because of my soul-crushing, debilitating nervousness and lack of understanding of how to prepare for them.
After years of dedicated effort, experimentation, and study, I was finally able to harness my nervousness – in fact, to use it to my advantage – and go on to work steadily in television, theater, film, and comedy.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing the strategies and techniques that helped me overcome my self-doubt and achieve my dream career. I’m on a mission to help as many actors, executives, and entrepreneurs, as I possilby can, crush their limiting beliefs and achieve true and measurable success in their chosen fields.
An award-winning actor, writer, director, and public speaking and audition coach with over 30+ years of experience in the entertainment industry, Adria has appeared in dozens of television shows, films, and stage productions including several of which she wrote, directed and produced herself. She is perhaps best known for her work on the Emmy-winning television series Mad Men as well as in the Academy award-winning film, The Artist.
Adria’s achievements in the entertainment industry are matched only by her passion for helping others succeed. She is a highly sought-after acting and public speaking coach, known for her dynamic coaching style and supportive approach.
